A continuous platform
for expansion and growth
A story in constant evolution
Who we are
Oller.Co is a successful private equity platform based in Costa Rica.
By harnessing the power of creativity and collaboration,
we strengthen businesses undergoing change and growth.
We host a platform for generations of businesses in Central America.
Below are various companies who have featured in our story so far.
The group came to employ more than 1,000 talented professionals at one point.
Grupo Tribu
Merged with Oller.Co
Oller.Co prevails over Grupo Tribu. Acquired by Havas: Havas Tribu, Fusión, Promotica, PSTIV Media and Arena Media.
Campus Tribu
Acquired by Grupo Financiero Improsa
Campus Tribu is a property development company of more than 17,000 square meters that once housed Grupo Tribu and Bosz Digital. It was sold to Fondo Inmobiliario Gibraltar (a closed-end fund) in 2016.
Tribu DDB
Restructured in Central America
Deep in the folds of the 2008 financial crisis, we made the conscious decision to establish agencies in all of Central America (except Nicaragua) in association with DDB – one of the world’s largest and most influential advertising and marketing networks. By having local stakeholders in every country, we were able to create a network in the region. This initiative was then restructured to align with the varying models of each country between 2014 and 2015.
Tribu Saatchi & Saatchi
Previously known as Consumer Excepcional Saatchi & Saatchi
Between 2001 and 2010, we worked with advertising agency Publicidad Excepcional de Costa Rica S.A. We also forged a successful alliance with Saatchi and adopted the marketing concept of “lovemarks”, a philosophy that’s still very much alive today at Oller.Co.

What we do
Oller.Co is constantly changing and evolving.
We’ve swapped business for finance and are keen to explore opportunities that bring significant value to the wider community, whilst being selective in our approach.
Our Beliefs
At Oller.Co, we leave any prior assumptions behind.
We don’t view businesses simply as transactions;
we live and breathe values that go beyond our very selves.
For this reason, we have a deeply ingrained philosophy – one that can be summed up conveniently with words beginning with “Co”:
Co-Creation & Construction
Every idea deserves to be listened to. Great ideas can rarely be cultivated in just one person’s mind. We innovate and conjure up ideas in a collaborative way, in turn making them into a reality.
Collaboration & Comprehension
Within the team, each member is just as important as the next. We believe in the power of synergy and constant collaboration.
Coordination & Conciliation
We’re tenacious in our approach to achieving our goals. By coordinating and planning task execution, we’re able to inch closer and closer to success.
Contribution & Community
Successful companies can’t thrive in failing societies. Everything we do contributes to the economy, to society as a whole, and to our people and families.
More beliefs, ideas and information are available on the Slow Burn blog, running since 2005. You can also read more on La Nación and Huffington Post.
